Stephen brings decades of expertise in real estate investment, business operations, entrepreneurship, management, consulting, and executive leadership, with a proven record of driving growth and transformation across diverse industries.

Throughout his career, Stephen has worked with both world-class firms and local businesses, including Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, and Deloitte Touch, where he honed his skills in operational readiness and organizational effectiveness. His leadership in IPOs, roll-up IPOs, and mergers & acquisitions has produced remarkable results, including his role in the U.S. Office Products roll-up IPO, which achieved Fortune 500 status within three years and nearly $4 billion in annualized sales.

Stephen has consulted for some of the world’s most recognized organizations, such as IBM, Xerox, Apple, Amazon, Macy’s, Walmart, JC Penney, Hughes Aircraft, and Florida Power & Light, as well as countless small and mid-sized businesses. His hands-on, data-driven approach has guided companies in shaping strategies, increasing profitability, and creating sustainable growth with proven reputations.

A natural entrepreneur, Stephen brings big-picture business expertise to small business ventures. He launched and grew an online sales and marketing company from a $60,000 personal investment to $24 million in annual revenue, ultimately selling it to a major U.S. firm. Later, he founded a digital marketing and consulting agency, providing innovative solutions in web development, multi-channel marketing, SEO, PPC, and more.

More recently, Stephen has focused on real estate investment support services, customer safety, kitchen food safety, and storage organization for real estate, venues, and church and parish organizations. While religious organizations may not face routine government inspections, they are still expected to uphold the same high standards of client and food safety as other businesses.
